I know it's a little late but I just wanted to give a huge thanks to Ansuya /Gypsy Sugar and co. for putting on a great workshop. Ozzy is a hell of a teacher and the Gypsy Sugar performance was just awesome. So glad I got to cheer you guys on, even if I was annoying the couple in front of me. Hey, wanting quiet at a belly dance performance is like going to a Metallica concert and asking them to turn the volume down. What can I say? It was a damn good party.

I went to the workshop just wanting to get my M.E. rhythms down and now I want a doumbek something fierce. It was strange, when I got into playing it I felt like a small thing was clicking in me. Like this is meant to be part of my life. I would LOVE some more Ozzy workshops, maybe on the occasional Sunday when everyone is chillin' for the day.
