I have used Giovanni products for a while now and really love them. I also use jojoba oil, coconut oil and camelia oil depending on how my hair is feeling. Braiding at night is really good or wearing a loose bun on top of your head held with a satin scrunchi can be comfortable and non damaging as well. I am a member of a long hair forum, 4 years now I think, and there is tons of information there about hair care, growing hair and keeping it at it's healthiest. There is also a ton of support for those wanting to grow at any age, race and gender.

Ansuya has beautiful hair and I hope to pass her up or get to her length in the next 2 years. I am almost to waist now. Started very short.
